Our dryland training program is designed to develop explosiveness off the ice, increase agility and lateral movement and performance. A strong physical foundation for sports performance is built by focusing on sport-specific movements designed to outlast the opposition.
Our small group training sessions offer expert coaching with individualized attention of a trainer at a fraction of the cost.
For groups up to 6 people, customized to suite your specific strength or fitness needs.
