Chantal Lee
Chantal is the Founder and Owner of Mi Tavalo.
She created this space with a simple vision in mind: a social wellness club with everything in one place. A place where athletes, sports teams, and everyday people can strength train and build confidence in a supportive community. With a deep passion for health, fitness and helping others, she curated this space to be more than just a gym. It’s a place where people gather, grow and connect.
Drawing on almost 30 years of experience in fitness & athletics, training and community building, she is now focused on helping others build strength, confidence, and resilience with lifelong habits.
Namita Marion
Namita is a Yoga and Pilates instructor with lifelong exposure to yoga and a deep respect for its philosophy and traditions. Trained in both Eastern and Western styles, she blends traditional teachings with modern movement practices to create classes that help students build strength, mobility, and mindfulness. Through her Mindful Movement: Yoga & Pilates program at Richmond Hospital, Namita is passionate about sharing the benefits of mindful movement and feels deeply fulfilled helping others feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected in their bodies.
